1. 15-Day Return Policy
We offer a fifteen (15) calendar day return policy from the date the customer receives the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in the same condition as received.

Include original packaging, accessories, and manuals.

Show no signs of misuse, improper assembly, or damage caused by the customer.

Include proof of purchase or order number.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Address
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address:

Returns sent without prior authorization or as cash-on-delivery will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the issue results from our error, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect their order immediately upon receipt.
Any defect, damage, or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported by photographic evidence.
We reserve the right to verify claims before approving replacements or refunds.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Custom or made-to-order products.

Clearance or “Final Sale” items.

Gift cards.

Products showing signs of misuse or improper assembly.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) days without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
Unless legally required otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing may take up to ten (10) business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment providers.
We reserve the right to deduct any loss in value if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functionality.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
